I'm very pleased to welcome Mike Nichols to the devlicio.us community.  Like many others, I've been following Mike's previous (and past) posts for over a year and have always found very useful content with respect to sound architectural design, great techniques for integrating NHibernate, experienced insight on managing a clean separation between presentation and logic, and all around good advice for building better software.  Mike is a terrific developer, effective mentor, and is going to make a great addition to the team here.

So with that, welcome to devlicio.us Mike and I look forward to reading more of your ideas!
