For a while now I have been wanting to replace the creaking DDDStepByStep.com site - I originally set it up using Community Server, but it soon became obvious after deployment that CS just wasn't up to the job - the server regularly ran out of resources just running the vanilla product and became a pain to keep rebooting.
So, to try yet again to sort out the information, I setup a new website thinkddd.com and used it as an opportunity to play with Ruby, and the Radiant CMS. Deployment to Heroku for such a low bandwidth site also worked out as free - so the new site cost basically nothing except for time.
The slides from my recent presentation to the Sydney alt.net user group are available from here.
Hopefully it is a lot clearer and easier to navigate, so if you are interested in Domain Driven Design - enjoy.
