Not sure how many of you have had a chance to use the new app by Google called Google Docs (found at docs.google.com), but it is pretty cool.  This application is a typical Google application, clean, simple and too the point.

I started playing around with as soon as they made the public announcement that it was out there (in fact, my last few posts have been created in Google Docs) and I have to so say, it is pretty nice.  However, I don't see myself switching over to using this full time as I tend to write most of my documents at work, and I don't feel comfortable having potential confidential documents stored out on the net, just in case their is some sort of security hole.  Having said this, I do see myself using this to create documents that I may want to maintain form multiple computers, like this blog posts.

If you need a simple, no frills word processor, then Google Docs just may fit your need.
