Funniest coding humour I've read in a long time... insightful AND hilarious!
Seriously though, i think you need to have multiple personalities to be a succesful programmer, i.e. passionate when required, then down to business and get things done, get on Google when needed to solve something quickly, then rise to a high level to explain stuff to management etc.. And then you need a skillful dev manager, who knows how to work all those personalities into a productive team.. except maybe copy-paste guy...
