WebHost4Life decided wind-powered support would maintain their customer base, but I felt differently. After pressing them to get me out according to the original terms I signed up with, I moved over to Softsys hosting.

So far (about a month) things have gone well, especially with their support. I had trouble using one of their App Installers and their support team responds in a matter of minutes, not days.

Their rates are reasonable and give me alot more options and the other guys so I am happy. If you are looking for a cheap, easy host with good support check them out.
