I think everyone knows how important community is. Or at least everyone should know that. I think that is even more vital for teams we are working with. After all communication is one of the primary principals, not only according to agile, and how to communicate better if we don’t know each other well enough. That’s why I think that all social actions are very helpful.

So organised lunchtime bowling and we went today to the bowling centre here in Gloucester to have fun together. If we have to work in stress together we should learn each other not only as developers, but also as persons. And I have to say that it was excellent time. I feel that this two hour changed something in and we are on the right way to be strong team.

So I recommend you to organise something similar. Just take your colleagues and have fun. It’s brilliant and relaxing.
